Citywide Outdoor Ice Rinks Open November 23rd

Work off Thanksgiving calories by visiting one of the Chicago Park District’s outdoor ice skating rinks when they open for the season Friday, Nov. 23, weather permitting. Hours and skate rental prices vary. Please note there is an admission fee at The Rink at Wrigley and at McFetridge Sports Center in California Park, an indoor rink that is open year round except August.
All other rinks offer free admission. Concessions are available at select rinks. Rink rental is also available; contact the rink manager. Learn about ice rink advertising opportunities.

Indoor rink; open skate hours:
All ages: Wednesday and Friday, 3:30 - 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday, 4:30-6 p.m.
Adults: Wednesday, 9:15 - 10:30 p.m.
Teens and adults: Friday, 9:15 - 10:45 p.m.
$3 skate rental; admission is $4 for children 12 and younger; $5 for teens and adults ages 13 and older; and $2 for seniors 60 and older. Food concessions are available.

Admission Fridays-Sundays is $10 per adult, $6 for children ages 12 and under. Skate rentals Fridays-Sundays are $10. Admission and skate rentals are half price Mondays – Thursdays.
