Thank you for your interest in the Chicago Park District. You may speak directly to the Board of Commissioners at their monthly meetings by registering on-line at this site.
All members of the public wishing to address the Board may do so during the following meetings:
Committee Meetings Begin at 10:30 A.M.
To speak at a committee, you must address an item that is on the committee's agenda.
Board Meetings Begin at 4:00 P.M.
You may comment on any park-related matter during People in the Parks, whether or not it is on the agenda.
On-line Sign-Up will be open from the Friday evening before the board meeting until 5:00 P.M. of the Tuesday before the board meeting. After that, you may sign up to speak by appearing at the location of the committee meetings between 9:00 A.M. and 10:00 A.M. and board meetings between 2:30 P.M. and 3:30 P.M..
Please note on the schedule that the board meets three times per year at parks in the neighborhoods. On those three days, there is only a board meeting at 4:00 P.M. There are no morning committee meetings.
