The CPD is soliciting proposals for the management and operation of the event venue at Northerly Island ("venue"). The venue sits on an eight (8) acre footprint at the north end of Northerly Island and is a multi-use, year round, open air facility. The current capacity holds approximately 8,000 people.

Operational responsibilities at the venue will include: (i) the general upkeep and custodial services; (ii) routine preventative maintenance; and (iii) any necessary repairs.

Management responsibilities will include: (i) booking and scheduling events; (ii) box office, tickets, and attendance; (iii) capital management, planning, and improvements; (iv) concession and retail services; (v) parking and traffic management; (vi) security and crowd control; (vii) administrative services; (viii) marketing; (ix) office operations; (x) personnel; (xi) records and audits; and (xii) vendor management and procurement.
