Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Requests

If you seek information related to our contracts and bids then you're encouraged to first look through our home page, because often times the information is available there. For example, active and previous contracts, current IFBs, RFPs, and RFQs, and bid tabulations and the line item bids from each bidder are some of the information that you can access at our home page. Complaints

Bids and Proposals

  • Advertisement Period: If you have complaints or concerns about a IFB, RFP, or RFQ during the advertisement period, then please contact the Advanced Buyer whose name and contact information are published in the particular solicitation
  • Post-due date: If you have a compliant or concern post-due date, then you can contact the Advanced Buyer whose name and contact information are published in the particular solicitation
  • If you prefer you can contact the Inspector General of the Chicago Park District through the link above

De-Briefings

If you submitted a bid, proposal, or qualifications package and are interested in a post-award de-briefing to learn why you did not receive an award, then contact the Advanced Buyer whose name and contact information were published in the particular IFB, RFP, or RFQ to schedule a de-briefing.
