Title:	Landscape Maintenance Womens Bartelme and Future Parks
Description:	Request for Proposal (RFP) for the landscape maintenance of [1] Chicago Women's Park and Gardens (Women's Park) at 1827 South Indiana Avenue, and [2] Mary Bartelme Park (Bartelme Park) at 115 South Sangamon Street. Other parks or park areas may be added in the future. Women's Park commemorates the achievements of significant Chicago women and surrounds the oldest house in Chicago, now the Clarke House Museum. This four-acre park contains plant material appropriate to the 1830s when the Clarke house was built. Bartelme Park is a 2.4 acre neighborhood park with extensive beds planted with native perennials and ornamental grasses. Project work is limited to these perennial beds in the northwest and southwest corners of the park.
