This is a gentle form of yoga with seated and standing postures, using the chair for support. With the help of a chair, anyone can practice yoga with the same benefits of increased circulation, balance, flexibility, mobility and strength.
Recommended for older adults, people recovering from injury, anyone with conditions that may limit mobility, or people who sit in a chair for the majority of their days. Chairs and props are provided.
