Come out and enjoy a talk by historian, Sandy Miller.

Join Sandy Miller, President of the Lake-to-Prairie Wild Ones chapter and volunteer historian with the McHenry County "Trail of History." Sandy will take us back to the year 1763 to discuss how the Metis Indians used native plants for food and medicine. Sandy has been an interpreter of the Trail of History for the past 20 years and will share information on the traditional uses of many local native plant species. Meet at the Nature Center at 7:00 pm. Registration required at 312-744-5472.
