Join us for the 1st Annual Chicago Veterans Family Fest, a day of sports and fun for veterans and their families. The fun day includes a 16 inch team softball tournament, fishing for children in Palmisano Park (formerly the Stearn Quarry basin lagoon), family swim at McGuane Park pool and kids arts and crafts. Hosted by the Chicago Park District in cooperation with the Advisory Council on Veteran Affairs and the Chicago Fire Department Local 2.
