Request for Proposal (RFP) for the supply and delivery of movies in DVD format for the " Movies in the Parks" summer program, in which current, classic, and family-oriented movies are screened outdoors in over 170 neighborhood parks. The awardee must have the ability to provide a wide selection of such popular and wide-release movies as Shreck the Third, Hairspray, The Great Debaters, The Wizard of Oz, etc., and secure all screening and licensing rights for each. The awardee shall ship the requested DVDs according to the schedule provided by the Park District and supply return mailing labels with each. There is no pre-submittal conference; any QUESTIONS should be addressed to Mark Reed at least seven days before the proposal due date. Questions received after that deadline will not be answered.
