Request for Proposal to supply, deliver, and install approximately 175 AEDs to various locations throughout the Park District; and train Park District staff, and manage the AED program, at 240 locations throughout the Park District. Management includes, but is not limited to: twice-yearly on-site inspections of all AEDs; response within 4 hoursto AED sites regarding equipment failure or malfunction; manage equipment warranties; consult with CPD staff to develop a medical emergency plan for each site; provide 24/7 support whenever an AED is in use; develop and maintain a program database accessible to our Department of Risk Management; provide CPR/AED training to Park District staff.
