Invitation for Bid to furnish all personnel, labor, materials, supplies, transportation, packaging, tools, and equipment necessary to collect regulated materials from any CPD site, transport them to one of two new CPD staging areas (chemical storage buildings supplied and installed by the awardee), characterize them as necessary, package and relable them as necessary, and within 90 days of their identification, either deploy them for reuse by other CPD facilities or transport them to appropriately-permitted treatment, storage, and disposal (TSD) facilities. 24-hour emergency response services are included. The awardee shall also provide regular training and refresher sessions for CPD personnel involved in the handling and use of such materials. There was a MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING on Tuesday, April 22, 2008, in the Lower Level Conference Room of 541 North Fairbanks Court. The bid due date has been POSTPONED until Wednesday, May 28, 2008.
