Request for Proposal to provide all of the services usually associated with the administration of a workmans compensation program, such as claims investigation and review, litigation management, maintenance of adequate reserves, making lost time payments, overseeing rehabilitation / medical treatment, etc. There are around 300 claims annually, and approximately 175 currently in litigation. There was a PRE-SUBMITTAL MEETING at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 21, 2009, in the Lower Level conference room of the Administration Building, 541 North Fairbanks Court. The due date has been POSTPONED to November 9.
