Free Fitness Week ** Jan. 8 - 14

Come out to a park fitness center January 8 - 14, and work out for free! There are 44 fitness centers in parks throughtout the city, many of them offering state-of-the-art fitness equipment like computerized treadmills, elliptical or cross trainers, various recumbent and upright stationary bikes, as well as stair steppers. We hope this helps you start out your new year on the right foot. Note: admission is restricted to those 18 years of age and older, unless otherwise specified.

In addition to our variety ofongoing fitness classes and programs, the Chicago Park District also hosts specailty fitness events throughout the year to help promote the importance of an active life.
