Nature
The Chicago Park District hosts a number of nature events and activities throughout the year.
There are activites for teens, through our JETS (Junior Earth Team) program; and family events through our Nature Oasis program. The Park District also hosts annual Flower Shows,large exhibits and family events at our two world-class conservatories: the Garfield Park Conservatory and the Lincoln Park Conservatory.
You can help nurture our nature through various Stewardship events and park clean-ups, including Mayor Daley's annual Clean & Green event.
Additional events inlcude greening workshops, plant sales, bird watching, and fishing contests.
