Celebrate Easter in the Parks
Soldier Field, Neighborhood Parks Hosting Holiday Events

Children younger than 10 years old are invited to participate in Soldier Field's 2nd Annual Spring Egg-Stravaganza, the largest free candy grab in Chicago, Saturday, March 26. The events start at 8 a.m. and end at approximately 12:30 p.m.
Before the candy grab, children will have the opportunity to have brunch with the Easter Bunny in the Cadillac Club at Soldier Field from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Admission for children younger than 10 is $8 and admission for others is $15. Reservations will be taken until the event is full or until Friday, March 25. Please call 312.235.7162.
Radio Disney AM 1300 will be on hand to entertain the public with an interactive show from 9 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. in the South Courtyard. The candy grab will begin following the Radio Disney show at 10:30 a.m. with the first group of kids. In addition, the first 3,000 children who participate in the candy grab will be given a commemorative wooden egg designed by a student at Josiah L. Pickard Elementary School, 2301 West 21st Place.

LAKEFRONT REGION
Wiggly Wabbit of Wincoln

Join Peter Cottontail for a fun-filled afternoon of music, inflatables, and egg hunting. Bring your camera and snap a picture with Mr. E. Bunny. Every 20 minutes, starting at 12:20 p.m., children can look forward to an Egg hunt adventure. This year we are offering a special "Little Bunny Foo-Foo Field," which is a separate area for children ages 18 months and younger to hunt for Easter eggs. Doggie Egg Hunt

* Admission: $5 per dog
Egg hunting has gone to the dogs! The Chicago Park District invites residents and their furry friends to the 2nd annual egg hunt for dogs. Registration fee includes a hunt for treat-filled eggs, an Easter bonnet parade, refreshments and pet information booths. For an additional fee, owners can receive a color photo of their dog. Dogs must be kept on a leash, and owners must stay with their dogs at all times. For more information, contact the park at 773.478.3499.
