CITY PARKS ILLUMINATE THE EVENINGS DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON

The Chicago Park District makes the season bright with festive lights on display daily throughout the neighborhood parks from Nov. 28 – Feb. 14.
“From downtown to the neighborhoods, the Chicago Park District spreads holiday cheer with thousands of twinkling light displays,” said Timothy J. Mitchell, General Superintendent & CEO of the Chicago Park District. “The Park District makes Chicago a wonderful place during the holidays by creating brilliant displays citywide.”
The Chicago Park District has been decorating fountains and field houses in parks with classic white lights the day after Thanksgiving since 1994.
The following Chicago Park District facilities will feature icicle light displays:
