Turkey Shoots, Trots & Bowls Get Families Moving

Keep active as the holiday season starts with the Chicago Park District’s various events for kids and families. Family free-throw contests, cross country races, basketball tournaments, and football games help stave off the sleepy side effects of turkey’s tryptophan. Thanksgiving Turkey Shoot

Score a turkey! Parents and their children will each have 10 shots from the free-throw line. The highest combined score in each category wins a turkey.
