KRAFT KIDSMOBILE BRINGS FUN TO 24 PARKS THIS SUMMER
FROG VANS ROLL OUT DROP-IN DAY CAMP AT PLAYLOTS AND PARKS THROUGHOUT CITY

Parents in search of fun activities for their kids this summer should keep an eye out at 24 Chicago Park District sites for the Kraft Kidsmobiles, distinct vans brightly decorated with frogs. The vans tour select parks twice a week for two-hour visits from Monday, June 22 – Friday, July 31. There is no admission fee or pre-registration required.
Timothy J. Mitchell, Chicago Park District General Superintendent and CEO, comments, “This partnership with Kraft acts as a drop-in day camp for parents who are looking for a few hours of activities throughout the summer season for their children.”
The Kraft Kidsmobiles bring organized activities in the arts, nature and fitness to playlots and parks each summer. Kidsmobile staff provides opportunities for both creative play and physical activity through art projects and games. Working in close partnership with the Chicago Public Libraries, the Kidsmobile also offers the Summer Reading Program.
