Duties: Works with and assists the Project Managers on projects from analysis and conceptual design, construction completion through closeout.Works with a team of employees and/or contractors in the areas of planning, scheduling and construction management.Assists the managers in defining the scope of work, budget and scheduling of projects.Identifies conflict issues and negotiates resolutions.Maintains projects schedules and works to assure quality design, construction and cost control.Prepares design service proposals, change orders and other related construction documents.Works with managers to coordinate design contract activities including cost estimates, evaluation and approval of materials, shop drawings and equipment.Performs field inspections.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Structural Engineering.At least three years of professional or project management experience.

2008 Salary: $35,542.41-$42,390.61 per year
