Calling all active seniors! If you're over 55, a Chicago resident and in good physical health, come on out to Senior Games! Participants have the chance to participate in an array of sporting events such as Track & Field, Swimming, Lawn Bowling, Bocce, Horseshoes and more.

A unique sculptural exhibit entitled “Form in Flora III” takes root at Lincoln Park Conservatory from now through November 2, 2012. Admission is free and open to public during Conservatory hours, daily 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Half in the air in a given space at Garfield Park Conservatory 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Presented by Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, Chicago Park District and Garfield Park Conservatory Alliance, Half in the air in the given space, 1999 (Work No. 210)by British artist Martin Creed (British, b. 1968) will be on display at Garfield Park Conservatory until October 15 and on display from daily 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Free admission.
Circus In The Parks - Welles Park 2pm & 5pm 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM
Join us at Welles Park, Sept. 15th - 2pm & 5pm or Sept. 16th - 1pm & 4pm. Circus In The Parks, featuring Chicago’s Midnight Circus, a high-flying assortment of acrobats, aerialists, clowns, contortionists and even a dog, will tour seven Chicago parks in September and October under an intimate, little big top tent. This unique partnership between Midnight Circus, the Park District, all volunteer park advisory councils and our sponsors has quickly made this a Chicago tradition.
