Eligibility

• Resident of the City of Chicago
• 55years of age by September 11, 2012
• Good physical health; please consult with your physician
• Actively training in your events
• Signed waiver and liability found on the entry form

How to Register

• Entry Fee: $25  Entry Fee includes:
  1. Opening and Closing Ceremonies with a participant meal
  2. Opportunity to participate in all the events offered
  3. White Sox Game ticket for September 30, 2012
  4. Senior Games T-shirt
  5. Senior Games passport and lanyard
  6. Senior Games participation ribbon
  7. Surprise if you pick up your packet at Opening Ceremonies on September 11, 2012.
• Sign the liability waiver
• Include total payment: checks payable to Chicago Park District

Registration: 

• REGISTRATION MUST BE RECEIVED BY: Monday, September 10, 2012
• There will be NO on-site registration for events on competition days
• Confirmation of registration will be sent to all athletes in the form of Calendar of Events
• Your events will be highlighted on the calendar
