User Accounts

  • All patrons must create an account prior to registering for a program, membership or event with the Chicago Park District. It only takes a few minutes to create an account.
  • An account needs to be created for the head of household, and then family members can be added to that account - all individuals whom the head of household plans to register for must be on that account.
  • An account is required whether registering online or in-person at the parks.
  • Patrons can update most of their account information as needed, however, changes to an address or date-of-birth must be made at a park.  Proof of age and address information is required to make these changes.  For proof of page, valid identification such as a driver’s license, state ID or birth certificate must be presented.  For proof of address, valid identification such as a driver’s license, state ID or city utility bill will be required.  Most parks have access to the new system to make account changes.  Please call before you go to confirm.
  • Create your account now. Accounts can also be created in-person at most parks.
