Patrons can be added to a waiting list once all spots in a class, both online and in-person spots, are filled.
For a class with 100% of the spots available for online registration, the waiting list will go into effect as soon as the last spot is sold online.
For a class with 100% of the spots available for in-person registration, the waiting
list will go into effect as soon as the last spot is sold in-person at the park.
For a class with some spots online and some spots in-person, the waiting list will go into effect as soon as the last spot fills, either in-person or online. Since in-person registration doesn't begin until the Saturday or Monday after online registration starts, the waiting list will not be available for these classes until the first day of in-person registration at the earliest.
Once a class is full:
When registering online, the system will place individuals on the class waiting list once they try to register for the full class. Patrons must continue through the remaining registration screens to confirm their addition to the waiting list. If they choose not to be added, they can hit cancel on the waiting list screen.
When registering in-person, park staff will notify the patron that the class is full and offer the patron the option to be added to the waiting list.
If spots become available, the park will contact patrons based on their position on the waiting list.
