What you can expect from my classes:
You can expect to see your fitness goals (such as weight loss) achieved over the 10-week session. You can expect to be relaxed and rejuvenated at the end of class, but most of all see fitness as being a fun and exciting lifestyle change.

What I like best about the Park District’s fitness classes:
I like the fact that participants come from all over to take classes. I also like that I get to work with a variety of ages and teach a variety of classes. Most of all I love to see the participant’s excitement when they have reached a goal they have set for themselves.

Yoga, Aerobics, Strength Training, Kickboxing and Pilates

Personal insight:
You will get out of fitness what you are willing to put into it. Fitness is not a temporary change for a special event, it is a lifestyle change for a long healthy life no matter your age. To get what you never had you have to do what you’re never done: Vision It, Live It Just Do It!!!
