Jennifer Lewis

What you can expect from my classes:
A nice and inviting environment that will allow you to feel comfortable when beginning your fitness experience. Although we are having fun, be aware that I am a tough person due to my Marine Corps background. I want you to have fun but at the same time I expect you to work hard. I'm down to earth and realistic about goals and expectations.

What I like best about the Park District’s fitness classes:
The accessibility and convenience of the classes and the affordability of these fitness programs.

My education and certification:
ESA certified group fitness instructor and personal training, in process of fulfilling Physical Education and Health degree from Northeastern Illinois University.

My specialty in fitness or nutrition and areas of expertise:
Kickboxing and Boot camp classes.

Personal insight:
Be comfortable with yourself, realistic about your goals, and always put in what you want out of any experience.
