What you can expect from my classes:
A nice and inviting environment that will allow you to feel comfortable when beginning your fitness experience. Although we are having fun, be aware that I am a tough person due to my Marine Corps background. I want you to have fun but at the same time I expect you to work hard. I'm down to earth and realistic about goals and expectations.

ESA certified group fitness instructor and personal training, in process of fulfilling Physical Education and Health degree from Northeastern Illinois University.
