Language Access (Interpretation / Translation for Limited English Speakers)
- Speakers who wish to make their remarks to the Board in a language other than English may request an interpreter (Spanish, simplified Chinese, or Polish). Please submit requests for interpreters to the Office of the Secretary at signuptospeak@chcagoparkdistrict.com or (773) 342-4299 by 5 pm on the Friday before the meeting to help ensure interpreters can be assigned in time for the meeting. We will make our best effort to fulfill Interpretation requests received after this time but cannot guarantee they can be fulfilled.

- To request written translation of supporting documents or written testimony, please submit materials as an email attachment to signuptospeak@chcagoparkdistrict.com by 10 AM the day before the meeting.
- To request telephonic interpretation for calls with the Office of the Secretary, please call (773) 342-4299.
- To request translation of any of the documents on the legislative page, please email us at signuptospeak@chcagoparkdistrict.com. Additional requests for written translation of Board related material may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

- All Board meetings are held in wheelchair accessible buildings.
