Chicago Moves Day
May 4th, 2022, 4-6:30 pm
at Union Park, 1501 W. Randolph St.
Each May we celebrate Chicago Moves Day, an initiative to motivate and promote opportunities for movement and health. This event will highlight wellness experiences found throughout the city. Activities include workouts on the main stage, fitness and health screenings, nutrition, and product sampling, and more! Our goal as an organization is to raise health and wellness awareness among the residents of Chicago. Promote healthy lifestyles and provide access points for physical activity and nutrition resources.
This event is different from the City of Chicago’s Chicago Moves Program, which provides prepaid gas and transit cards to Chicago residents struggling with transportation expenses. To learn more about this program visit https://www.chicago.gov/city/en/sites/chicago-moves/home/Apply.html
