Authentic Japanese Taiko Drumming and Dance at Steelworkers

TSUKASA TAIKO is one of the largest community taiko drumming program in the Midwest whose mission is, through training and performing, to preserve, develop, and pass on the traditional concepts of genuine Japanese Art as a cultural legacy, to instill appreciation for artistic excellence, and to utilize these concepts and esthetics in expanding and evolving the taiko (Japanese drum) art form. Steelworkers Park will offer a full afternoon of "Back to School" events offering a variety of activities and giveaways for the kids! Back to School event will run from 12pm - 4pm. Drummers will perform directly after at 4pm.
