Description
ChangoSnakeDog & Friends is a multicultural, live music spectacle where the real rockstars are puppets. It includes a special pre-show, paper puppet-making workshop.
ChangoSnakeDog, Balam (Jaguar), and Zana la Rana sing original songs in Spanish, English, and Mayan, geared towards children and families, to celebrate cultural identities, heritage, friendship, and love. The show blends different rhythms and musical traditions, like reggae, blues, swing-jazz, cumbia, son jarocho, and traditional Mayan, and is presented with live musicians and puppeteers.
A pre-concert workshop allows families to create paper puppets from card stock, decorating them with colors and glitter.
