This class works to lengthen, strengthen and stretch the body while clearing the mind. Reduce stress while improving strength and flexibility through visualization, focused breathing, and yoga postures with modifications for all levels.
We have moved our regular class to a virtual session with Amber, founder of Hot Mess Yoga! Join Amber for this one-hour flow session from the comforts of your own home with the Conservatory as the background. Beginners to advanced yogis are welcome to join. Pre-registration is required so we can send you a link to join, and space is limited. This class is free but we welcome donations to help offset programming costs.
