Homeward at Lincoln Park

Mandala South Asian Performing Arts presents dance, music, and storytelling, “Homeward,” to celebrate the Immigration Act of 1965 on its 60th anniversary in 2025. This multi-racial, multi-generational dance and music performance highlights the stories of diverse communities of color that made the USA and their shared histories of migration. Mandala collaborates and engages local communities in the project's development and showcases that engagement during the performance.
