Description
This time of year beautiful yellow flowers are everywhere you look in the parks! While many native plants share a resemblance, they differ greatly in abundance based on how easy they are to grow. Help the Nature Center thin out overly competitive plants, while making yourself a weedy wildflower bouquet to take home. You will learn how to identify several species that bloom in late summer in Chicago, and we will discuss how we chose which species to thin and which to leave.
