Celebrate Heart Health Month with a FREE heart health screening!
The Chicago Park District, in collaboration with external health partners, is hosting heart health screenings throughout February.
A Heart Health Screening includes:
- Blood pressure reading
- Lifestyle risk assessment
- Opportunities to learn more about heart-healthy fitness opportunities at the Chicago Park District.
