Description

Join Artist Anders Zanichkowsky to honor creativity and culture in the neighborhoods surrounding Berger Park Cultural Center as part of the Culture Asset Mapping Project (CAMP). We invite you to participate in this event as a community storyteller.

The Cultural Asset Mapping Project seeks to identify and map cultural assets in 9 neighborhoods surrounding Cultural Centers in parks across Chicago while documenting and uplifting oral histories and strong memories from artists, cultural organizers, and community members who are stakeholders in your neighborhoods.

You can explore more upcoming workshops in this series:
August 29, 10am: Visioning Our Creative Future
September 26, 10am: Building a Plan of Action

Cultural Asset Mapping Project (CAMP) is part of a larger initiative led by the Chicago Park District, the City of Chicago's Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events, and the League of Chicago Theatres to better understand the performing arts and related cultural forms on the South Side and West Side of Chicago.
