Description

The Columbus Park natural area is composed of over nine acres of native woodland, wet prairie, lagoon, and wetland habitat, located on the northeast side of Columbus Park in the Austin community. This natural area is situated within a park designed by renowned landscape architect, Jens Jensen, and is home to one of the best displays of blooming spring ephemeral plants in the city.
