Natural areas are open from dawn to dusk daily.
North Park Village Nature Center manages a 12-acre satellite area named Walking Stick Woods. For decades an unused wet woods tract in the southeast corner of the Village complex, Walking Stick Woods now features trails, interesting cultural features, and well-used and much-loved nature play spaces. Here, families discover their places in the natural world by exploring and playing together at their own pace.
Help keep wildlife wild, safe, and healthy by following posted signage and Natural Areas Rules and Regulations.
