Kick off spring with a Free workout in the parks!
Join us this May for FREE fitness classes across the city at one of our 43 classes taught by local park instructors and partners, including one online you can join from the comfort of your home!
Take the first step toward a more active, healthier lifestyle in a fun and supportive environment. Each workout is designed for all ages, fitness levels and takes place right at a park near you. Plus, we have organized Go Run Chicago runs on Saturdays.

From Yoga to Bootcamp and Conditioning to Chair Aerobics, we have opportunities for Chicagoans to take small steps towards making every minute count in your journey towards an active lifestyle and wellbeing. Our staff is excited to get everyone moving.

City & Sister Agency Employees – Membership Discount Available
City and sister agency employees have access to fitness centers at a discounted fee. To participate, register in-person at a park by providing an employee photo ID, or a printed or digital copy of recent pay stub and a photo ID.
