The Chicago Park District presents Teens In the Parks Fest at FirstMerit Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island. The FREE concert for youths age 13-24, featured musical performances by Chance the Rapper, Dlow, Logan, Donnie Trumpet & Kendrick Lamar.
