The following remain closed: all playgrounds, all pools and most areas & facilities east of Lake Shore Drive except for the Lakefront Trail, harbors, golf courses and many concessions. Beaches are closed for the season. Water fountains remain off. The Lakefront Trail and The 606 are open, users must keep it moving. At Kilbourn Park, visitors can explore the wonderful world of nature at the Park District’s only teaching greenhouse. This year-round organic greenhouse offers garden programs, educational workshops, an annual plant sale and more.
