Emerald City Gardens

Emerald City Gardens in Oz Park was created in 1994 by the Oz Park Advisory Council. A seventeen bed perennial garden, guarded by the Scarecrow sculpture, provides a quiet place in a very busy park. English roses, butterfly bush, lavender, lilies, and ornamental grasses are some of the many varieties of perennials.
