Description

Lunt Playlot is designed for children up to 12 years old.  The play equipment was updated in 2015, and the flowerbeds were renovated in 2008.  The four-season garden, consisting of 6 areas of mostly native plants, trees and shrubs, is an urban oasis and a regular destination for the neighborhood’s children and families.  The annual 4th of July Parade and Potluck is a highlight of the summer, with children and adults marching through the neighborhood and finishing at the Playlot for lunch.  Please contact Phil Martini, Park Supervisor-Indian Boundary Park or communitygardens@chicagoparkdistrict.com for more information.
