Description
This new 7.02-acre park is located in the Dunning Community. Sports enthusiasts will find a regulation-size artificial turf field/lacrosse combination field, sports lighting, scoreboard, 1000 seat bleacher system, parking lot, and landscaping.
History
The City acquired land from the State of Illinois land at Oak Park Avenue and Forest Preserve Avenue in the Dunning Community Area. The City transferred the land to the Chicago Park District in 2016 to create this park. The Park District developed this park with an artificial turf field.
