Description
Park No. 583 features a nature play space which first opened in 2021. This park is 0.28 acres in size and is located in the South Deering community area.
History
The Chicago Park District identified City owned property at 10108 S. Exchange Avenue in the South Deering Community Area for a new park to meet the ½ mile and 10-minute access goal for this community. The City transferred the property to the Park District in 2017 to create this park.
