History
The community identified City owned land located at 4149-53 S. Vincennes Avenue and located in the Grand Boulevard Community Area for the development of a Dog Friendly Area. The City transferred the land to the Park District in 2018 to create this park. The District developed this park as a Dog Friendly Area.
