Description
Created in 2006, this playground is geared towards toddlers and pre-school aged children. Produced by Phil Schuster and Jon Pounds of the Chicago Public Art Group, its art components include climbable colored-concrete boats on a wavy rubberized surface, and a bench-like wall with bas relief panels depicting fish, frogs, and lily pads.
