West Ridge Nature Play Space
Description
The West Ridge Nature Play Space is set within the West Ridge Natural Area, and was created through a partnership with Chicago Park District and the West Ridge Park Advisory Council. Here you can follow a StoryWalk trail to the nature play space, nestled amidst 20 acres of native flora and fauna. Features include a hill, an outdoor chalkboard, a wooden xylophone, and plenty of natural elements for climbing, building, and imagining. A small stage area offers space for community puppet-plays, music, and nature storytelling.
