Thanks to all the skaters who participated in the 107th running of the Silver Skates speed skating competitions in January!
Silver Skates is an annual speed skating competition for ages 6 and up, with six events that take place at neighborhood ice rinks, and a citywide competition at McFetridge Sports Center, throughout January.
Youth skaters who qualify from the neighborhood races are invited to compete at the citywide competition. All adults who participate in the neighborhood events qualify for the citywide competition.
