The goal of this clinic is to challenge gymnasts and allow them to achieve maximum success while developing skills, building strength and increasing flexibility. This fun, exciting and challenging 1.5 hour training follows the guidelines of USA Gymnastics. Participants are divided by age and skill level. No previous experience required.
