Description
The Community Gardens at Eckhart Park include all public spaces around the perimeter of the park as well as a communal organic vegetable garden. There is always weeding, grooming and overall garden maintenance to conduct while getting your hands dirty and socializing in the fresh air with community members. The Friends of Eckhart Park invite any and all interested gardeners—both experienced and "greenbeans"—to join us on the first Saturday of every month (April through October) from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Come out to learn and share knowledge with other friendly and enthusiastic neighbors.
