Nothing beats the heat better than water and fun! The Chicago Park District water playgrounds provide children a refreshing way to cool off while playing on a hot summer day. While most of our water playgrounds are adjacent to outdoor swimming pools; there are few freestanding at parks across the city. Features may include: slides, tire swings, and sprays from all angles. We highly recommend proper swim attire for maximum enjoyment. Please remember to follow the water playground rules.
